"Verenigde Internationale Oma Bond der Nederlanden"

The United International Grandma Association of the Netherlands (V.I.O.B.N.) is dedicated to honoring the unique personalities, wisdom, and contributions of grandmothers everywhere. We use the word “Oma” as the official noun for grandmother, celebrating the special qualities that make each Oma unforgettable.

Our mission is to celebrate and acknowledge the “colors” of grandmothers, the thing that makes every Oma unique. Colors are defined by the unique character of the Oma, hence why we usually refer to them as "Characteristic colors".

The majority of this site is only available in Dutch at the moment.

English members are allowed to be a member of the viobn, as long as they are located in The Netherlands.
